If necessary, clients can request our telephone answering service which is based in one of our offices in the UK or in another location.
Each client can choose Telephone Answering Service according to his needs. The following options are available:
- Phone messages for the client are taken and held until the client’s instructions are received;
- Our personnel will contact the client at a fixed time of the day and forward all received messages to him.
Separate telephone/fax numbers can be provided for the client’s exclusive use. A personal secretary will answer with your company name every time and answer according to instructions given by the client. Messages may be retrieved at any time.
